2nd floor: Computers Conquer the World

The second floor builds on the first-floor displays through the representation of the development, dissemination and application of electronic data processing. The last fifty years of the development of information and communications technology unfold in this room and convey a sense of the ever-increasing pace of technological innovation.

The four sides of the building divide the exhibition into the 1950s-60s, the 70s, the 80s, and the 90s. A digital workbench hints at developments that the future may bring.
